from what i see in demo and ss i can say that there was no one in front of you who can close the door, and the player's name behind you is "and_O" who doesnt appear in the console as being the one who closed the door.

I see it was your fault man since you are a new player you have to learn the rules then start reporting admins for doing mistakes ... just follow the server rules and no one will slay or ban you .. we have good admin team no one will make a random slay, and if it was his fault i would not hesitate to give him a warn but as we see it is your fault in even his fault
