Late opinion, but I think you deserve a chance for temp. I noticed that you have fixed your activity in the last week. You also seem to be a good admin.

Changing my opinion to definitely NO. Uses bug even when said before using it that its not allowed and when Admin asks about it in server, he ignores. Possible future Admin shouldn't do like that.
