I have a question and I hope someone can help me. We all know that cs 1.6 free version has a lot of problems. Lag / virus ect.. That's why I decided to buy cs steam, but in Morocco we have difficulties with the shipping method, but I found an account for someone who lives in Morocco also who wants to sell his account I want to know, can I change the account information without recovering it?

if you want to buy account steam from someone , and he told you , you can change account information , after you did that he will speak with steam support and he will told them my account has been hacked or something and he can recover his account. so don't do that for my opinion ^^

nope , he will give to SteamSupport the old email and the steamsupport will remove old email and they will put the new email so you can't.

In that case, Steam support are going to take your steam and log you out of steam account. Like I said, don't buy an old steam from anyone cuz they will eventually ask you for code bank to prove if you are really owner; if not say bye to steam and money u spent. Their police is against sharing steam with others

Everything can be changed. When seller gives you username and password, log in into that steam account. You tell to seller then you want to change account information and that he/she checks his/her registered email what he/she has on that steam account. First change e-mail. After you request e-mail change in steam settings, seller gets e-mail from steam that someone is changing email, seller needs to tell you that steam code what he/she gets from that email to change. After he/she tells that code and email changed, look does he/she have a phone number connected to steam account, it can be changed same way too. Then finally change password and there is possibilty that he/she gets that code too into his/her e-mail and then he/she needs to give it to you, but it also may be that after e-mail change you will get this password change code into your e-mail already. And then its done.
Only thing that can't be changed is login username, every other thing in information, security stuff etc can be changed without contacting Steam Support.

And also what you mean by having problem with shipping method? Everyone can buy steam money and after that games from steam with credit/debit card.

Make a steam account if you don't have already.
Then in steam main screen, go upper right side where you can see your steam name and click on it and from there choose: View my wallet.

1. Then choose how much you want to add to your steam account(if you want to buy cs 1.6 then add 10 eur, or Moroccan dirham add same amount as when converted to euros then its 10 eur and choose add funds.



2. Then choose payment method and write other stuff what is needed there and make a payment.



3. After payment done and money is on your Steam account, go on store and put on search: Counter and choose Counter-Strike that with yellow banner. (8.19 eur, different sum in your country's money maybe)



4. Then add this to cart, that first one 8.19 eur( or whatever it shows on your money) and buy it with your Steam wallet money.



Then congratulations, you have CS 1.6 on your Steam, download it and go play

Shipping method? Didnt't know that people still sell psychical copies of cs 1.6 in 2022

As ddaeng said summer sales are comming so you can buy some cheap games,steam has a lot of payment methods so I think one of them will suit you.

dude , don't buy from someone you don't know him , open your own steam and put the money on your wallet and buy your game and you're done.

Duude Like MSI said, you can create a steam account for free but you gotta buy games with money via Paypal, mastercard and so on. When you buy a certain game, they will give some certain code of buying via banks as proof to prove you are the owner. In case you either lost steam or Steam support ask you for that, give them.
